RUSSIAN KETTLEBELL BASIC MOVES

Russian Kettlebell training has 6 basic moves. These moves are the foundation from which all other movements are based. Until these moves are mastered, one should not move on to the others.

The basic moves are:

  • The Swing
  • The Squat
  • The Turkish Get Up
  • The Clean
  • The Press
  • The Snatch
