BEWARE! ADDED SUGAR IS DISGUISED

Food and beverage manufacturers are required to list a product’s total amount of sugar per serving on the Nutrition Facts Panel but they can use sweeteners that are not “technically” sugar. Some are worse!

Raw sugar
Corn sweetener
High-fructose corn syrup

Crystalline fructose
Invert sugar
Dextrose
Maltose
Non-gmo fructose
